Rob loves spending time with his daughter Bella (who the business is named after). He is a big motorcycle racing fan and has won many trophies competing at Club Championship level. When relaxing he can be found playing his friends on his games console.
Steve had known Rob for quite a few years before they started Bella Properties, their aim to change the stigma of Estate agents by offering a more professional but friendly and stress free customer service to their clients and customers. Before Bella properties Steve’s previous business was in property maintenance which with knowledge of all things in building means he can advise our clients and customers on most property related issues.

Married to Sarah for over 30 years, He has been a grass roots football coach for over 25 years as well as chairperson of his local community group here in Scunthorpe combined with 8 grandchildren he’s a busy man. When he has time, he likes to relax by spending it with friends over a pint or two in his local pub or holidaying abroad.
Charlie has a vast knowledge of the areas property market, her speciality being equestrian and ‘High End’ property as well as the more unusual homes that come to the market. Ask Charlie what she loves most about the job and she will tell you its the buzz and responsibility of working with her clients both, sellers and buyers.

Charlie regularly competes in show jumping competitions around the country and has won several over the years. When not looking after her horse Skye she loves travelling the countryside in her camper van or simply relaxing at home with a wine in front of the telly.

Mary is a highly experienced lettings professional. She started her career in 2005 and quickly established a reputable name working within the local area Lettings sector. She provides expert rental valuations and quickly builds a rapport with both Landlords and Tenants.
She is a registered member of ARLA and ensures that our Landlords properties are conforming to current legislation before and during a tenancy, providing peace of mind to both Landlord and Tenant.

Mary has been married to Neil for 35 years, has three daughters, a son and seven Grandchildren. She is a fanatical Manchester United fan, as a season ticket holder very rarely misses a home game. Away from football she loves spending time with her family and partaking in a couple of vodka’s after a busy day.

Georgia started her career in Estate Agency in 2021, she has a passion for the quality of her customer care and combined with her always happy nature means she regularly receives accolades (and presents) from her clients.

Living in Scunthorpe with her husband Pete, she loves nothing more than spending quality time with Pete and friends going out on walks, holidays and socialising where she is known to like a couple of glasses of spiced rum.

Mollie is another new member of the team changing her employment direction. Joining us in early 2026 she has quickly become adept at dealing with tenants and landlords on a daily basis and has become a valued member of the team.

Mollie enjoys; walking in the countryside enjoying the wildlife, travelling both home and abroad. She is an avid wine taster and loves cooking meals for her and her partner.

Kayleigh has followed her mothers footsteps into Estate Agency, having joined Bella Properties from college. Even though she is the youngest member of our team she has grown to become a knowledgeable customer focused team member. ‘In her own words’ she loves helping people find their ideal home.

Kayleigh admits she is a shopaholic regulary going out for the day shopping usually looking for the new fashion trend. She (along with her job) loves going to music festivals and enjoying the weekend nightlife.

Rebeckah’s previous employment was within the legal profession and she has brought those skills across to Bella Properties which further enhances our lettings teams variety of knowledge and experience.

Rebeckah loves relaxing with a good book or getting creative with her arts & craftwork. Spending days out with her friends & family is also at the top of her list to do in her free time.

Over the years Sara has worked in most areas of the estate agency sector before starting her own business McKinnon Mortgages, offering a range of services for mortgages, life, critical illness, income protection and buildings & contents insurance through an extensive panel of providers. Since her humble beginnings in 2019 she has become one of the Go To mortgage advisors in Scunthorpe.

Loves walking in the Peak District with her husband Chris, is a regular in Scarborough attending music concerts and holidaying in the sun.
